3" (not the coveted 2") and not exactly cheap, but with carbide tips and they look very well made...

Those look really nice! I'd hate to drop 'em and break a carbide point though.

I have made a couple carbide tipped dividers of my own. Old REVO carbide bits silver soldered on. They work really well, and I think I have just a couple hours in each making them.

Ebay is a good place to shop for stuff like this, I got a 2"and a 3" plus another 'pregnant' looking divider for ODs , all together in a package deal, used, cheap.
