How is the design. Does anything stick out? Is it well balanced?

I would say the extreme weight of the leaves along the border throw the balance off. That said, the negative space seems very nicely balanced.

JMO here but the leaf that terminates at 9 o'clock needs to be just a little smaller allowing a little more negative space between it and the one above with your center tendril.

the Bail for the piece would look nicer soldered to the top of the silver rim instead of looped through the design, that way the piece would be very Nicely flowing in a circle.

Turn it 180° , putting the small leaves to the top and the heavier to the bottom might give it much better balance, wonderful job either way

Silver pendant. 25mm

Thanks for all the critiques. I intended to make some of the fixes you all mentioned but if you don't scribe them in before you start cutting it's easy to forget.

I can't solder yet so the bail had to go through it.

Thanks Sam.

Some of the larger simpler leaves really grab my eye and stop it from moving smoothly through the piece so I will keep working on that.

Thanks everyone

Danae
