Question: drawing programs

I recently changed computers as the old one died and in the process lost my ability to draw and reverse text and drawings. I do not remember the program I was using.
Could someone point me in the direction of a user friendly program

Dell Windows 10 and an open decision

For vector there's CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and a freebie called Inkscape. All will invert text. There are probably more. Those are just the ones I know of.

there is also a free program called GIMP that is a lot like photoshop

If not Vector, I think word or PowerPoint will do the trick
