Hi Steve, I really like your buckle, the scroll work has such a nice flow to it, it works well with the design
Your inlay is great, it fits together perfectly! super job.

i guess i'm a buckle freak; having made and engraved over a thousand of them over the years. i like this one. the inlay just seems to float over the scroll.

I really like your buckle, it is elegant in its simplicity....very hard to accomplish that!
Did you hard solder the buckle fittings, or did you use Sta-Silv or other type soft solder, before blueing?
Nice blue job, too!

Bluing question

Does bluing on silver wear off?

I would like to use it on a bracelet, but I'm a bit leary of using anything that might come off on the skin.
