Ah The Good Old Days...when one had to dig and dig to find a tidbit of information about engraving...and now we have to dig and dig to get out from under all the information available...may wonders never cease!

I am happy and proud to call myself a "Charter Member" of the Café. I joined, I believe, in the first week. I cannot even begin to summarize the amount of engraving knowledge that I have gleaned from this Forum. But not only the invaluable knowledge, the equally invaluable joy of the friendships formed via this gathering. Then to meet the Forum members in person at the FEGA conventions and other gatherings of engravers, all goes into the wondrous total experience. I truly belive that many of the "gatherings" (ie. Ken Hurst, Scott's "Engrave-In", etc.) would not have been possible without this Forum.

I celebrate this birthday with the best wishes for continued longevity.
