I am proud to consider myself a "Charter Member" having joined in the first week of the Forums existence. And I consider it the BEST group of people I've ever been associated with. (Excuse the grammatical error!) When I went to my first FEGA Convention 7 years ago, and met Forum members for the first time in person, they didn't seem like strangers, I already felt the connection that the Forum created. The number of "pearls of wisdom" I've gleaned over these eight years has been too numerous to count! Hardly a day goes by, that I don't visit here and learn something new, or at least get a good chuckle! HAPPY BIRTHDAY INDEED! And a HUGE Thank You to SAM & ABIGAIL for all their tireless efforts! I'm not being overly dramatic in saying that without this Forum all of our lives as engravers, jewelers, sculptors, scrimshanders etc. would be somewhat diminished .
