Several solvents will work. I have yet to find a container big enough to hold the work that has a lid tight enough to keep the acetone from evaporating over time. I use a tall pickle jar filled with lacquer thinner. The thinner stays in the jar longer than acetone will; it is pparently a larger molecule. Leave the work in the jar overnight and the thermoloc dissolves.
