Something feels off about this, can it be fixed or should I scrap it and start over.

I take a picture and then draw over the image using an iPad with the program procreate.

I’d say the sizing of the h is a little big to my eye compared to the other letters height. -Ymmv

IF I understand your red lines correctly, it looks like you may be wanting to make the small letters in the name look three dimensional. If so, that maylook odd next to a capital H that is clearly a flat two-dimensional letter, unless you also add a little to the H to make it look more three dimensional.

I like the "old", but the "H" over powers the lower case letters. Maybe make the "H" a little less bold and add some curvature like the lower case letters.

You're combining an old english upper case H with lower case script olt. Lower case old english is easier to engrave than script and goes better with the H. Keep the font uniform.
