Question: Kimber K6s

I have done some Kimber stainless autos without difficulty. It might be worth a call to Kimber
to speak with their technical people about the steel in their revolvers. They are usually forth coming about the steel types and Rockwell hardness.

One of the machinists at GRS engraved a kimber and did a nice job of it.

Thanks Sam, was it a K6s revolver? Or a Kimber 1911 clone?
I have engraved several of their 1911 clones with no real problems.
But the K6s is a stainless short barrel .357 revolver and is new to me.
