Andre van Heerden sounds very Dutch...am I right about his roots?

En el video utilizas color rojo para las cuatro flores sobre el nacar ,que es? esmalte en frío?

Every time you post I continue to be amazed at the crispness you achieve. It's only because your picture is close enough and I know exactly what to look for that I can tell that the bolster is etched instead of engraved.

Sí , se trata de esmalte en frio bicomponente que se utiliza para joyería .Realmente es un color ámbar muy bello y parece ámbar auténtico.

Thanks for the words. In this engraving knife I used the technique of carving and gold inlay. I have not used my technique of "acid etching ".
