my first Slip Joint Pocket Knife

Keith Duncan came to visit my shop last week for some bright cut engraving lessons and successfully distracted me by helping me build this little gem.
Oh yea, this is my first attempt at manipulating a photo too.I see if I can get a better one up soon.

That is awesome! If you can learn to build slip joints you can easily post a few more pictures of it. Take care and happy new year.

Overall it looks good, I know what your engraving looks like so I am sure it looks good too. Did you make your own silver stock for the frame?

Thanks again guys, it was so much fun that I hope to do some more someday.
Brian, I melted up some scrap and rolled out some silver slabs,pretty tough to get it to roll out perfectly flat so I used a hammer and anvil to get it close and then sanded it.
I don't have a good macro lens so getting good photos is tough,any suggestions?
