I see two "walk around" vises there, I think. What is the vise on the stool?

Bill,The vise on the stool is for engraving while standing when engraving with power assist,I found standing over the work when cutting scrolls the scrolls come out nice and round without any flats or elbows. J.J.

Nice job, didn't think the chair would be stable enough but I guess it is.
