Scrimshaw: New thread prefix - SCRIMSHAW

Just for your scrimmers, I've added a new Scrimshaw prefix and you're welcome to use it if you wish. I'd really like to see more scrimshaw featured in the Cafe. It's a wonderful art and fits in nicely with metal engraving.
