I have used one but have nothing to compare it to. Really smooth.... caint even tell it is running. Has a plunger on the end for quick change. No chucks or wrenches to turn for changing bits. I have never used the GRS handpiece, but it looks like you have to lock it into place and use a little wrench to change the bit. Can anyone tell me +'s or -'s of either one??

thanks

Can't tell about the Powercrafter but the GRS one is a quick change as well. The burs just press in and there is a 1/4 knob to kick them out. It is also really quiet.
