dreml tools are not really suitable for any serious detail work. the bearings in the tool will allow too much wobble. i suggest getting an nsk brand rotary tool. no wobble to deal with, and far easier to control. the lions share of sculpting/detailing should be done with gravers and small detailing punches. sam alfano has very good video instruction on this very subject. check it out.

there are those that use an nsk or such for very close work. but one must work with care. these rotary tools can buck and do cutting where it's not wanted. the rotaries have a mind of their own.
