very cool! I have a young nephew who is very much into Samurai culture so I made him a mini tsuba pendant for xmas. I'm no silversmith but it's made with copper, rimmed with silver and a gold heron, patinated with liver of sulphur, leather cord.

A person can always learn something new. And, you never know when you might use a technique. I liked the process of inlaying the tiny gold dots using a beading tool.
