Just want to add my thanks for posting such a useful tutorial. It's very clear and concise.

The buckle set is also a feast for the eyes. The fact that you accomplished it all in only 5.5 hours is remarkable!

Greg what size saw blades do you use for something like this?

Steve~ I use a #74 drill bit to pierce and #4/0 blades to saw.
