I live about 40 minutes from you in Stockton. I would be happy to show you my Lindsay airgraver. I just returned from Murphys and had a real good time visiting your local winerys and restocking my celler.....JohnR

Both engraving company's will be at the FEGA Show in Reno Nv, Jan 20 to 22. That would be a good place to talk to the folks and use each hand piece.

Garret,
If you live that close to Stockton, you should call Brian Marshall. He has ALL the models of both companies at his school. I would also recommend that you consider taking his Basic Engraving course. It will cut your learning curve substantially.
Both systems run on air. Both have a tapping piston inside. Both are capable of producing world class engraving in the hands of a world class engraver. Both can produce very poor results in the hands of an inexperienced engraver. Give 'em both a test drive and see which one prefer.
