Oh, I had the impression the large internal diameter allowed for higher mounting. So on some scope models you actually have LESS working clearance? Could you post a couple photos of your light mounted on a microscope?

Mitch, I have not photos of my customer's setups.
Fortunately Joacim was so kind to contribute with those pictures.
I am attaching a couple pictures of my old Nikon SMZ-2 with one of the first prototype. I use it for electronic boards inspection and assembling.

my light got here on thursday. much quicker than i anticipated. sadly, a foot injury has ne sidelined for another day or so. when i can reduce the elevation to just now and then, i'll give the light its' new home. tyvm, leonardo.

how big is the port that slides around objective?

your scope should be no larger than 60 mm. if it is less than 60, his ringlight will go on just fine.

on our end, there's no problem with customs and all that paper work. the shipping was faster than i had expected..

I’m also super excited about my new light from @Leonardo, It’s a much warmer light and easier on the eyes. It’s also very well diffused, so no hot spots. I was able to setup my old ring light on a noga stand with a tin can in the center, as an off to the side light. Which also worked very very well. And the last thing was getting another on/off switch for my regulator, so I can have both my hand pieces hooked up to the same line/regulator. Needless to say, I’m stoked. Thank you Leonardo for the wonderful product and quick shipping!!!
