In the second picture the "Heads" of the internal elements have some problems.
This will show up in either drawing or cutting..
At some point you have to start some cutting practice.
Try to "see" and correct these problems before...
The first picture, I think they are floral engraved cuff links.
Very nice engraving.
But the background areas need some more work.
The background is un-evenly textured, if you don't mind my pointing it out.
It's easy for a beginner to overlook the importance of this detail.
You are doing well...

Yes mticr, he will have his own style.
But his style still needs to conform to the basic conformation of scrollwork and nature!
And the Basics includes having a backbone and stem originate with some width.
Like the stem of a growing plant!
But his large scroll to the RIGHT HAND SIDE starts...
Rockingkj, your cutting looks good, well done.
But you need to study scrollwork a little more.
Scroll depicts a living vine plant.
And it has a stem, like an arm, with width, to carry moisture and nutriments to the developing leaves and buds.
This stem should have width where it originate from...
