Very nice. But why the blue tone? Nice elements but a "misty" presentation. Would look much clearer and cleaner in black, grey and white.

As you are a past pro illustrator for Bell Helicopter. it would be an education to see the tools you used to create the image of the Jenny. Very...

Very much better. But the final scroll still has a too large negative space. Try breaking the one leaf element into two elements. One can partially overlap the underlaying tendril.

Allen, good job. that will help bring the border and negative space into better balance. And break up some large, out of balance black areas. Will help the overall design and there are some good features and elements in it.

Good that you are taking a second look at an interesting drawing. As I see it, and for what it is worth, the right side is full and fills the available space. The left side is much lighter and doesn't balance with the rest of the design. The right side fills the available space with a reasonable...

    Help, please: old gravermeister advice

Tortlieb. it would be a help if you put your general location in your Cafe bio. Might be someone in your area who has experience with the MG and could tell you if it's running right. Maybe they have an original handpiece to hook up for a test of your machine. Just a thought.
