Roger there is no comparison to facebook in my opinion, facebook is good to see the babies, nothing else. I give a dang about how many times some one goes the bathroom or other dramatized nonsense
I've found that if you stick to hp, black seperate and a tri color cart. 5055, really any of the 5000 series are pretty good, make sure that you can run it on ONE cartridge.....the black of course, I refill with bdh ink and it appears to do a good job. Hope this helps. paps
if you go contenti form your graver handles....make sure you get BLADE type gravers......those particular ones will not hold round gravers blade meaning a flat tang style
I think if you can pull the little white ferrel out of the tubing.....then cut the tubing off about a 1/2" above the old swedge, reinstall the new ended tubing through the nut and reinstall the ferrell and either pull the tubing or push the ferrel in and that should be it.the tubing relaxes...
Thanks Leland, appears to return to original patina.....or close anyway. The three above are really nice and layed out well......I would estimate between four and five and a half hours each, after annealing that is. I am really interested in the project up and coming. Please keep us informed. Rob
