I think I may have asked a simliar querstion like this before. When attempting to do bulino work I am having trouble with lighting. When I take the piece outside it doesn't look near as dark as when it is in the vice. I have a small flourescent light that I am using and it seems to work fine but as mentioned it doesn't give the same effect as the natural daylight does. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

That's pretty typical of bulino engraving. It doesn't always look as bold when it's not under 'perfect' lighting, or I should say when it's not reflecting from a white surface such as a softbox or fluorescent tube. Chris D shows that a carbide 105° graver makes the darkest line. You might try that.
