Good evening gentlemen, just wanted to post this plate as I was quite surprised at the results. I have only recently switched from copper to steel, as such have always inked my copper plates for viewing. Combined with a “one step at a time approach“ beveling cuts has been a variable I didn’t consider myself ready for. Since sinking my teeth into some steel and seeing the pleasing shine of the cuts it was time to give it a whirl.

Pardon the lack of personal design the scroll is from Sam’s ornate design book, and the border is from his beginner dvd. So let me once again say thanks to Sam for making educational material available for those who find themselves fumbling around trying to find which way is up.

Please feel free to critique this as I will be just delighted if I can reproduce this… fingers crossed haha. Thanks for looking I hope everyone is doing well. BB
