Question:
Eric did you engraved the ring when it was a ring, ore did you engraved flat en make the ring later? If you did it directly on the ring wich clamp did you use for it? Greetings Caty.

The ring was a ring - refinished like new though before I started. Held in my ball vise with the inside-ring device which has various inserts that expand to hold the ring tightly. It allows for relatively quick tightening and loosening so the ring can be rotated easily.
