There are some excellent engravers in Florida and near by states.
Under normal conditions an invited invitation to their shop would be a help in giving you some answers and ideas of your direction.
But with the Plague upon us, that makes an invite a problem. But make some calls, give it a try...

Yes, same kind of tube. But different color on the tube printing and maybe different formula for the contents??
I would check with Speedball. I know that 3550 works for my engraving..

The Pachmayr shop had many different engravers do work for them.
They sent some guns to Germany for engraving.
They also had visiting Japanese engravers and some resident Liege trained engravers do some of their work.

I have used Speedball Block Printers Ink for many years. Number 3550, Black Oil-Based Ink.
And as long as it is allowed to dry and not absolutely immersed in acetone and then hit with a metal brush, it is very durable.
There are different formula's of Speedball. The only one I recommend is #3550...
