YES or NO to thumbnail images in forum posts

Should the Cafe use thumbnail images or not?

  • I prefer to click on a thumbnail to load images.

for posting i prefer thumbnails. for viewing, i definetely like thumbnails.

sam & mrthe : i wish i knew what you guys are talking about.

Monkster: Each web page you see is a result of underlying code called HTML. mrthe gave me a snippet of code which I added to a code template that the forum software uses to create each page that we see. His snippet of code in layman's terms says "if a user attaches an image to his post, don't let it exceed 640 pixels in size". So if you attach a 1000px image, the code will automatically resize it to 640. :cool:

Monk I had the feelin I was the only one out in the cold. Not the faintest idea what either is talking about or did. I can say that when you ask a question hear you get more than an answer, an education. Now I just have to look up phb's or html's. Sam I am glad your drivin the boat and where you go with it I'm in for the ride.
