I too am beginning to understand the features of the airtact system and can not add anything that Mike and Sam A have said. "But" I find I need as much sensitivity as I can get. I blame old age and arthritis for needing the extra sensitivity. I use the most sensitive of the airtact caps...
Thanks to all the artists who have displayed their work in this thread. It is very humbling to see such outstanding work by "such mere mortal" as the other Sam so eloquently said. It is also very enlightening to watch the progressive pictures of these "in the works" projects. Don't stop now!
Mitch and all the rest thanks so much for your responses. Sheet precious metal is all they will be used for. Will report what I got and the results. Using a Jewelers Saw just does not appeal to me.
I have seen at least one post as it regards scissor used in cutting out precious metal for inlays. I think "Mitch" made a recommendation of a brand/size etc. I have made several searches but come up empty.

Just realized that Rust-Oleum flat black MUST be well mixed. I had simply been shaking the can for 1-2min thinking that this would mix the "flat" into the black well enough. WRONG - What you get doing it this way is varying forms of semi-gloss and not the flat black black we all want...
