I tried to make a reservation at the American Eagle online at their web site and it told me they were booked for the dates so I called them directly. They did have room. The woman at the desk said that only some rooms are available for online booking and you pay more for those rooms. She said the best way to book a reservation was to call the hotel number and book over the phone - it was $69.95/night and they still had room as of 8:20 this morning.

I have uploaded information to google maps since the location they were showing initially was wrong.They say it will take up to four weeks to take effect. I will notify everyone when they are done.

Hey Scott, what time is best to show up? Maybe there'll be folks checking out of their hotel in the AM so the shootin' shouldn't start till folks have a chance to show up right? Let us know and I'll be there.

Abby I count about 35 right now. To keep track, I keep adding names to the first post in this thread as people confirm. It's a pretty impressive list.
as to the sack races... hmmmm that might be cool. only everybody has to draw something cool on thier sack first.
